1 Week Before

Send teaser emails to your list Post launch countdown content on social Finalize all assets (sales copy, images, video) Test checkout flow end-to-end (buy as a test customer) Set up cart abandonment email (optional but powerful) Reach out to affiliates / partners if applicable Line up 3+ testimonials or social proof pieces

Launch Day

Send launch email to full list at optimal time Post launch announcement across all platforms Go live or post a video showing the offer in action Monitor checkout for any issues Respond to EVERY comment, DM, and question Post a "limited spots" or "cart closes" reminder at end of day

Post-Launch (48 Hours)

Send "last chance" email if cart is closing Post final reminder on social After close: email non-buyers with a downsell or waitlist option Thank buyers personally (even just a DM) Document your results: revenue, units sold, conversion rate Write a debrief: what worked, what to improve next time
